Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to deployment for enterprise software initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure alignment and execution excellence
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement Agile methodologies and track KPIs using Jira/Asana
- Manage stakeholder communications and present executive-level progress reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget constraints
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience managing budgets over $500K
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
