Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for manufacturing upgrades and facility expansions, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Team Coordination: Direct and mentor cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize cost overruns.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project milestones are met on time.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders, executives, and clients to provide regular status updates and reports.
- Process Improvement: Implement best practices and methodologies (such as Agile or Six Sigma) to streamline workflows and improve product quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required; Masterās degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and ERP systems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
