Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams of diverse professionals to drive project milestones and deliverables on time and within budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on business operations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, providing clear communication and regular status updates.
- Implement and optimize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to enhance team productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct post-project reviews to gather insights and drive continuous improvement in processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
