Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 3+ departments
- Manage project budgets exceeding $500K
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for delivery optimization
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Present executive-level project dashboards and KPIs
- Mentor junior project team members
- Ensure compliance with PMI standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive project management experience
- Active PMP or CPM certification
- Proven experience with Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Expertise in Waterfall and Agile frameworks
- Strong financial acumen with budget management
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills
- Experience leading remote/distributed teams
