Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams (dev, QA, design) through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Jira/Asana
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with C-level executives and clients
- Drive process improvements and implement PMO best practices
- Mentor junior PMs and conduct post-project retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT project management with SaaS/PaaS experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success managing $500K+ software development projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with remote/hybrid team leadership
