Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams (development, operations, QA) for enterprise-scale projects with budgets exceeding $5M
- Execute Agile/Scrum methodologies with nightly sprint planning and retrospectives
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through delivery using Jira and Asana
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across global time zones during night shift hours
- Proactively mitigate risks and implement contingency plans for critical path items
- Generate comprehensive project documentation including status reports and post-mortems
- Mentor junior PMs and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift operations
- Active PMP certification or equivalent (e.g., CSM, PRINCE2)
- Proven success managing software development or infrastructure projects
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience with budget management and resource optimization
