Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/software development
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record managing weekend or rotational shift teams
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project tools
- Strong experience with remote team coordination across global time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
