Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for weekend operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and QA departments
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence
- Manage stakeholder communications and client expectations
- Drive risk mitigation and quality assurance protocols
- Maintain detailed project documentation and performance metrics
- Mentor junior PMs during weekend coverage rotations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years project management experience with weekend/hybrid work
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Proven success managing $1M+ technology projects
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Trello
- Demonstrated experience with remote team leadership
