Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for federal technology initiatives, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment
- Coordinate weekend stakeholder communications and deliverables across multiple agencies
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize weekend sprint planning and retrospectives
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution during weekend operational windows
- Mentor junior project managers and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
- Generate executive-level reports and dashboards highlighting weekend project milestones
- Drive continuous process improvements for weekend project delivery workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing federal IT projects with PMP certification
- Proven expertise in weekend shift operations and off-hours stakeholder management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana for weekend sprint tracking
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies with weekend sprint experience
- Excellent communication skills for high-stakes weekend client presentations
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure during weekend deadlines
