Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 stakeholders across IT, operations, and client departments
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines using Agile and waterfall methodologies
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Maintain strict compliance with PMI standards and government contracting requirements
- Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience with complex enterprise projects
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record managing projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Experience working with federal government contractors highly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
