Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Track KPIs using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Present executive-level progress reports to C-suite leadership
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success managing $1M+ budgets and complex timelines
