Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery
- Manage stakeholder communications across technical and non-technical teams
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure sprint success
- Lead post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior project managers through best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/tech
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Proven success in managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with budget management over $1M projects
