Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product
- Manage $1M+ budgets with P&L responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps with Jira/Asana
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with C-suite executives
- Identify/mitigate risks using quantitative risk analysis
- Drive continuous process improvements across PMO
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in tech project management
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex SaaS projects
- Expertise in budget management and vendor negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud migrations
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
