Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, quantum-ready AI architectures for our enterprise clients.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging quantum algorithms and optimizing them for classical-quantum hybrid environments.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks in current AI models and refactor them to leverage quantum processing units (QPUs) effectively.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior developers and data scientists in best practices for quantum computing and machine learning integration.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical vision for the company's 2026 product line, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and operations teams to deliver robust, secure solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks).
- Deep Learning: Strong background in Deep Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
