This role is critical in designing scalable, fault-tolerant quantum algorithms integrated with deep learning frameworks.
As a key player in our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical machine learning applications, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in computational science.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust quantum software architectures for our proprietary AI platforms.
- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize quantum circuits to solve complex machine learning problems.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with physicists and data scientists to translate scientific breakthroughs into code.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum processing units (QPUs) with classical cloud infrastructure.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and optimize system latency and throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Qiskit, or Cirq.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, undefined problems in high-performance computing environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
