Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement quantum algorithms for machine learning applications.
Optimize neural network models to run efficiently on hybrid quantum-classical hardware.
Collaborate with physicists and data scientists to translate theoretical models into deployable code.
Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced quantum software development.
Conduct research on error correction and quantum coherence in real-time environments.
Define technical roadmaps for our quantum infrastructure expansion.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML.
Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyTorch Quantum.
Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics fundamentals.
Experience with distributed systems and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
