As a key member of our elite R&D team, you will bridge the critical gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical, scalable software engineering. You will ensure our systems are robust, secure, and ready for the quantum leap.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for high-performance computing.
- Lead the strategic migration of legacy systems to quantum-ready infrastructures.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers on best practices for quantum error correction and noise mitigation.
- Collaborate directly with research scientists to translate theoretical quantum models into production-grade code.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our flagship 2026 product release.
- Ensure high availability and fault tolerance within our distributed quantum network architecture.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven expertise with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Forest.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and parallel processing techniques.
- Experience deploying applications on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-stakes environments.
