Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies in noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) systems
- Develop quantum machine learning models for pattern recognition and forecasting
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and interfaces
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical specifications
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical Python/Java
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, APS March)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in cryptography and information theory
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
