Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-level SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high-value opportunities for content and product pages.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement on-page optimization and schema markup.
- Manage off-page SEO efforts, including link building campaigns and relationship management with digital PR agencies.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure long-term SEO success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects is a plus.
