The Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive organic traffic, increase conversions, and establish our clients as market leaders. You will own the SEO strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of Google algorithm updates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search rankings.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexability, and site performance.
- Lead keyword research and content optimization strategies to target high-value search terms.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools to report on ROI and KPIs.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure technical best practices are met.
- Build high-quality backlinks through strategic outreach and relationship management.
- Train and mentor junior marketing staff on SEO best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with JavaScript, AMP, and Core Web Vitals is a plus.
