About the Role:
As an SEO Specialist, you will act as the architect of our online visibility. You will collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing managers to ensure our digital footprint is optimized for maximum performance. You will also be responsible for conducting technical audits and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously refine our approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and page speed.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking structures.
- Monitor search engine performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that engages users and ranks well.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
