Role Overview
The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and increase lead generation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence and content relevance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, page load speeds, and mobile usability to improve Core Web Vitals scores.
- Develop and manage content strategies that align with user intent and search trends.
- Monitor search engine algorithms and implement necessary technical adjustments to maintain high rankings.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools to report on KPIs.
- Build and manage relationships with external link-building partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
