Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive inbound traffic.
- Technical SEO: Perform site audits, identify crawl errors, and optimize site speed and structure for search engines.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize landing pages and blog posts for target keywords and user intent.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console; provide detailed monthly reports.
- Link Building: Execute outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks and build domain authority.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a B2B or digital agency environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
