Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern cloud-native technologies.
- AI Integration: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into production environments and optimize inference performance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; lead code reviews and establish coding standards for the engineering team.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define features and deliverables.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- DevOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to accelerate delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems and cloud architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Database: Experience with distributed databases and data modeling (SQL and NoSQL).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
