The Role: As a Senior Software Engineer on the Project 2026 team, you will be responsible for architecting scalable microservices and ensuring high availability across distributed networks. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your code will impact millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core microservices for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring scalability and high performance under heavy load.
- Lead the technical implementation of complex features, including real-time data synchronization and AI-driven predictive analytics.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and perform deep-dive debugging to optimize system efficiency and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, Security) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure full compliance with data privacy regulations and industry security standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Go or Rust, with experience in cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems capable of handling millions of concurrent requests.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, database management (SQL and NoSQL), and caching strategies (Redis, Memcached).
- Familiarity with AI/ML model integration and edge computing architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
