Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and product managers to drive high-performance outcomes and foster a culture of innovation.
- Infrastructure Design: Architect scalable, resilient, and secure systems that can handle next-generation workloads and data volumes.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and evaluate their integration into our ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Define and implement best practices for software development and deployment to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree in a technical discipline is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, system design, and strategic tech leadership.
- Strategic Skills: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or futuristic tech projects with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, compelling business value for diverse audiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
