Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year sustainability roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients integrating AI-driven resource optimization
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on carbon capture, biomaterials, and circular supply chains
- Author thought leadership publications on ESG 3.0 frameworks and regenerative business models
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and academic research labs
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for climate adaptation strategies
- Oversee lifecycle assessments of emerging sustainable technologies (hydrogen economy, quantum computing for climate modeling)
- Represent the company at global sustainability forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record developing corporate sustainability strategies with measurable carbon reduction targets
- Deep expertise in circular economy principles and regenerative design methodologies
- Experience with AI/ML applications in environmental modeling and predictive sustainability
- Strong network within climate tech ecosystem (startups, VCs, research institutions)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar advanced credential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
