Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable software architectures that align with the company's 2026 roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all deployed applications and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high-quality standards.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies and DevOps best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience designing microservices architectures and distributed systems.
- Strong background in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or C++.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
