Responsibilities
- Design & Strategy: Lead the architectural vision for our platform, specifically focusing on long-term scalability and 2026-era technology integration.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, distributed systems that can handle high-throughput data processing with zero downtime.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced machine learning models into our core infrastructure to automate and optimize workflows.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data against next-generation threats.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define and execute the technical roadmap leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech: Familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 era, including advanced AI, edge computing, or quantum computing basics.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
