Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using advanced Boolean search and social recruiting.
- Collaborate closely with C-level executives and hiring managers to define talent needs.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates in the FinTech and AI sectors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within Software Engineering.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume roles and managing complex closing cycles.
- Deep knowledge of technical stacks including React, Python, Node.js, and Cloud Architecture.
- Expert proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong network of engineering professionals and active presence in tech communities.
