Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute aggressive recruiting strategies to fill critical technical roles (DevOps, Cybersecurity, Full Stack) for the 2026 World Cup project.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and social recruiting platforms.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and define success metrics.
- Interview Process: Conduct high-volume screenings, technical assessments, and final interviews to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Employer Branding: Promote our mission and company culture to attract top engineering talent in Austin and across the US.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure our offers remain competitive in the 2026 tech landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or enterprise environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Data, Security).
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced skills in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Austin, TX headquarters or a hybrid model.
