You will specialize in sourcing and placing top-tier talent in high-growth sectors, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Spatial Computing, and Quantum Computing. Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, and networking) to identify passive candidates in AI, Machine Learning, and Future Tech.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical 2026 tech roles, ensuring a 3-month supply of talent at all times.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering leaders and CTOs to understand technical requirements and salary expectations for niche technical positions.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and Future Tech to advise candidates and clients on salary benchmarks and career trajectory.
- Brand Advocacy: Actively represent Nexus Talent Solutions as a thought leader in the AI recruitment community.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within the AI, SaaS, or Future Tech sectors.
- Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of technical roles (Backend, ML Engineering, Data Science) and the ability to converse fluently with engineers.
- Sourcing Skills: Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced Boolean search strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with C-level executives and individual contributors alike.
- Results-Driven: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
