Responsibilities
- Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle: Lead the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing of top-tier engineering graduates and early-career professionals from the Class of 2026.
- Build Strategic Pipelines: Develop and execute targeted campus recruiting strategies and networking plans to create a sustainable talent funnel for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with Hiring Leaders: Partner with engineering directors to define role requirements, assess cultural fit, and guide the selection process for critical entry-level roles.
- Enhance Employer Brand: Represent Apex Horizon at university career fairs, tech expos, and virtual recruiting events to elevate our reputation among ambitious students.
- Analyze and Optimize: Utilize data-driven insights to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline diversity metrics.
- Offer Management: Navigate complex offer negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully placing engineering talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Sourcing Mastery: Expert proficiency in Boolean search, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), and social recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade both technical candidates and hiring managers.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple high-stakes requisitions simultaneously.
