We are looking for someone who can handle high-volume technical inquiries with grace and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems to ensure 99.9% system uptime during business hours.
- Document all incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in our internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to escalate and resolve critical outages.
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct nightly system health checks.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPN configurations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote customer interactions.
- Must be available to work the night shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
