Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a forward-looking SEO strategy designed for the 2026 search landscape, focusing on AI integration and semantic search.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives to optimize site architecture for Core Web Vitals and enhanced crawlability.
- Collaborate with product teams to implement Schema Markup and structured data that improves AI understanding of our content.
- Analyze search intent trends and competitor movements to pivot strategies proactively.
- Manage and mentor a junior SEO team to ensure consistent execution of best practices.
- Oversee content optimization efforts to align with Google's evolving algorithms and user expectations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify technical debt and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and how they influence search engine algorithms.
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
