Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in a collaborative agile environment.
- Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our cloud-native microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to elevate team standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and data scientists to define product requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure peak performance and scalability.
- Engage in continuous learning programs and mentorship sessions tailored for the 2026 graduate cohort.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn new technologies quickly.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
