Responsibilities

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate emerging technologies to keep our tech stack modern.
- Engage in a structured mentorship program to accelerate your transition from student to professional engineer.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date in Spring/Fall 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn new technologies quickly.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
