Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our core platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and senior engineers, to define clear product requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating in rigorous peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering culture and development processes.
- Present your project outcomes and technical findings to executive leadership at the end of the program.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
