Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive strategic roadmaps focused on the year 2026 and beyond, analyzing macro-economic and technological shifts.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, consumer behavior patterns, and regulatory changes affecting long-term planning.
- Utilize advanced data modeling and scenario planning techniques to predict market trajectories and identify potential risks/opportunities.
- Present complex strategic insights to executive stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to align long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics into the annual strategic planning cycle.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Planning, Economics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, futures studies, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic initiatives with a focus on future horizons.
- Expert proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and advanced statistical analysis software.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into high-level strategic narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
