Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Spearhead the architectural design for our flagship 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and adaptive learning models.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with low latency.
- Pioneering Research: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge quantum algorithms into traditional neural networks.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Product Roadmap Alignment: Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable strategies that align with our 2026 product vision.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model inference times and resource utilization to ensure maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI architecture and large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) or leading open-source projects in the AI space.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think long-term and anticipate emerging trends in AI, robotics, and human-computer interaction.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
