Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the strategic architectural roadmap, ensuring our solutions are future-proof and scalable for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Design Advanced AI Systems: Architect and deploy complex neural networks and machine learning models to drive predictive analytics and automation.
- Optimize System Performance: Enhance latency and throughput for high-volume data processing and real-time AI inference across distributed systems.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives into emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Edge AI, and Generative Models.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML engineering leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly evolving tech stacks and integrate novel paradigms into production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
