Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Strategic AI Architect to lead the development of our proprietary Generative AI ecosystem leading up to the pivotal year of 2026. Nexus Core Systems is redefining enterprise intelligence, and we need a technical leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical deep learning and production-grade infrastructure.
As we chart the course for the next two years, you will be responsible for designing the architectural foundation that powers our next-generation LLMs and autonomous agents.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) architectures optimized for low-latency inference.
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap, identifying key technological milestones and infrastructure requirements.
- Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists in refining transformer models.
- Optimize model training pipelines to reduce compute costs by 40% while improving accuracy.
- Ensure robust security and compliance standards for all Generative AI outputs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision.
- Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale Machine Learning systems to production.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
