Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning technical goals with business growth.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable machine learning pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model transparency, and ethical AI usage.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in generative AI and large language models to integrate them into our product suite.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or architectural role within the AI/ML domain.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and computer vision.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
