Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and oversee the long-term technical strategy for integrating generative AI and machine learning into core business processes.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Design scalable cloud-native architectures capable of supporting millions of concurrent AI-driven workflows.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead cross-functional projects that transition legacy systems to modern AI-first platforms.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Establish rigorous governance frameworks for data quality, privacy, and ethical AI usage.

Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within AI or Machine Learning operations.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate technological trends and prepare organizations for the future.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, high-stakes technical challenges.
- Communication: Superior ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
