- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex strategic visions to executive leadership.
- Oversee the allocation of resources for long-term innovation projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future initiatives.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and strategic planners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends relevant to 2026 (e.g., generative AI, autonomous systems).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
