Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 strategic vision and long-term planning initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and market shifts to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Develop scenario planning models to prepare the organization for various future states and potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight insights into product development, marketing, and operational strategies.
- Present complex future trends to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner to drive decision-making.
- Identify potential risks and blind spots in current roadmaps and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Planning, Futurism, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or futurism.
- Proven track record of successfully guiding organizations through major strategic pivots.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear insights.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior leadership without direct authority.
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools and strategic frameworks (e.g., STEEPLE, PESTLE, Horizon Scanning).
