Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic foresight framework for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and socio-economic trends
- Produce scenario-based strategic reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and drive foresight literacy across departments
- Present findings to investors and board members through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Experience leading teams in matrix organizations
