Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, translating executive vision into actionable project plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives and emerging market trends.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, data-driven progress reports to senior leadership.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment across all departments and external partners.
- Drive the adoption of innovative methodologies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program or portfolio management within a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
