Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning tech initiatives with global business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and integrating emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Blockchain) into our core infrastructure.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends that will define the industry landscape by 2026.
- Manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Oversee the implementation of Enterprise Architecture frameworks to ensure scalability and security.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and non-technical leadership teams effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic technology leadership role, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and successfully executing complex digital transformations.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML technologies, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive high performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
