Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning IT goals with business objectives.
- Future-Proofing: Assess emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum) and propose integration strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Architecture Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures that support enterprise growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for technical initiatives.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party technology partners and software solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical management.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technology transformations and defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices, and enterprise-grade security protocols.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
